We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing trade team at SPC Mechanical. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial and commercial plumbing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience and a journeyman card or plumbing license.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in industrial and commercial settings.
- Develop and implement plumbing trade strategies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Minimum of 10 years of industrial and commercial plumbing experience.
- Journeyman card and/or plumbing license required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
