At Work With Your Handz, we're seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential plumbing team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing service systems, managing call-by-call operations, and driving process efficiency. Your expertise in plumbing will be essential in diagnosing and resolving escalated service issues, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with industry standards, local plumbing codes, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement service systems for the plumbing department, focusing on call-by-call management and process efficiency.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, focusing on plumbing service metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve company goals.
  • Hold the team accountable for performance by setting clear expectations, driving productivity, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Foster a customer-first mindset within the team, ensuring all plumbing services exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and train service technicians, emphasizing plumbing knowledge to foster personal and professional growth.
  • Oversee daily plumbing operations, ensuring all procedures are followed, with particular attention to plumbing services.
  • Use your plumbing expertise to diagnose and resolve escalated service issues, working closely with customers and technicians.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing complaints and inquiries with a focus on plumbing solutions and service excellence.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in hands-on plumbing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Manager.
  • Proven experience in management, leadership, and coaching within a residential service company.
  • Strong understanding of service systems, processes, KPIs, and metrics, with a particular emphasis on plumbing operations.
  • Ability to drive team performance, meet business objectives, and ensure accountability at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Technologically savvy, highly organized, and process-driven.
  • Clean, safe driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • A team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
