As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, account management, and clinical operations, to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships. Your ability to gather and synthesize feedback from partners, patients, and the market will inform our strategy and improve service offerings.

You will also represent Brave Health at conferences, events, and speaking engagements to promote our mission and expand our network. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in sales, business development, or account management to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals
  • Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, including lead generation and continuous engagement with existing partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from partners, patients, and the market to inform strategy and improve service offerings
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and events
