Overview:
Individuals accepted for a clinical rotation at Pine Rest will be required to complete PHASE II of the Visiting Physician Assistant Rotation Application process.
PHASE II necessitates a nonrefundable application fee of $400 (this fee is waived for students from GVSU), verification of student status in good standing, proof of coverage by home institution liability insurance, personal health insurance, and documentation of immunization/immunity against the following communicable diseases: Chicken Pox, Rubella, Mumps, Polio, Tetanus/Diphtheria, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, and Influenza within the last 12 months, along with a TB Skin Test and COVID-19 vaccination. Additionally, candidates must have completed a criminal background check and drug screening.
