Responsibilities- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient care and consult with supervisory RNs as needed.
- Contribute to the admission assessment process by collecting and reporting data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in identifying and supporting a multidisciplinary approach to determine patient care interventions.
- Administer medications and perform tasks within the scope of practice.
- Communicate with providers during routine rounding and as needed.
- Completed an accredited LPN program.
- Previous CNA/PCT experience preferred.
- Possess current LPN licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state.
- Writes, reads, speaks, and comprehends fluent English.
