Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. as a key member of our construction crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction labor, including lifting, carrying, and holding building materials, tools, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.
  • Moves and transfers from job to job as projects progress and work is available.
  • Works with other workers in a cooperative manner.
  • Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials, etc.
  • Performs general labor work.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in construction laborer type work.
  • Transportation to work.
  • Ability to carry 70 lbs. or more.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Willingness to perform general laborer work (e.g. sweep, clean up job site, run errands, use hammer and saw, dig trenches, etc.).
  • Flexible availability to include overtime and weekends.
