Job Description:

The Field Service Schedule Coordinator is responsible for scheduling on-site visits for new installations and service work for 45-55 field technicians on a daily basis. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with field staff via phone and email to ensure success.

  • Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets/databases to track field technician metrics.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of GPS services is helpful but not required.
  • Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail are recommended.
