Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Showroom Salesperson. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise in our showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with expert product selection and design recommendations.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales and profit objectives.
- Welcome each customer warmly and provide a hospitable shopping experience.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our showroom offerings to engage customers.
- Identify customer needs and guide them to suitable products, addressing any potential challenges to facilitate the sale.
- Utilize technology to assist in product selection, pricing, and availability inquiries.
- Monitor sales performance using reports and forecasting tools to meet established targets.
- Process sales orders and follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom environment.
- Participate in industry events and associations to stay updated on design trends and product innovations.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a plumbing showroom setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen and bath design trends.
- Knowledge of showroom products is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for communication and report management.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.

- Strong product knowledge and ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Capability to address customer objections and provide tailored solutions.
