- Operational Excellence

- Manage center budgets and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Development and Coaching

- Center Oversight and Responsibility

- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ABA regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of driving measurable efficiency results.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Physical and Mental Demands
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed.
