  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve center performance and efficiency.
    • Lead and manage a team of Center Directors and staff to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with Senior Clinical Leadership to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Manage center budgets and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
    • Monitor and analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Development and Coaching
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to Center Directors and staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of ABA regulations and standards.
    • Proven track record of driving measurable efficiency results.
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical and Mental Demands
    • Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed.
