We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auction Support Specialist to join our team. As an Auction Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vehicle and customer information during sales.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
- Work with the auctioneer to verify system information accurately represents the vehicle.
- Verify vehicle run order to ensure the appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
- Operate the monitor and work with the auctioneer to review Simulcast bids.
- Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
