Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Job Opportunity

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nurse to join their team for a travel nursing assignment in Norfolk, Virginia.

Job Summary

As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, monitor patients' health, and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill children
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' health and respond to changes in their condition
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric intensive care
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in pediatric intensive care
  • Active RN license
