Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care, working under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients. This position requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and communication skills to provide assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs monitoring, patient mobility, and maintaining patient hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Provide patient mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
  • Maintain patient hygiene, including toileting and bathing
