Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TPI Global Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance our overall quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor Vehicle Quality: Analyze development maturity levels and identify areas for improvement to ensure that our vehicles meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PAG and PEG departments, to facilitate and expedite countermeasure development and validation.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis: Utilize tools and software, such as Vector CANape and Vector CANoe, to identify and analyze root causes of quality issues.
- Analysis of Traces and Fault Memories: Analyze consolidated measurement data and implement validation tests to ensure that our vehicles meet quality standards.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate complaint management and perform operational tasks to ensure that quality issues are resolved efficiently.
- Management and Coordination: Manage and coordinate analytics and workshop teams to ensure that quality assurance activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance Documentation: Create and maintain quality assurance documents, reports, and process documentation to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and direction to technical personnel to ensure that quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Five+ years of experience in an engineering or related role in the automotive industry.
- Expert Knowledge: Expert knowledge of complete vehicle systems and automotive technologies.
- Diagnostic Tools: Expert knowledge of associated diagnostic tools to analyze problems in vehicles.
- Data Analysis: Excellent and confident proficiency in data analysis and engineering validations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to present complex subject matter to a wide range of audiences.
- Language: Fluent German speaking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management: Experience in project management, including resource- and budget-oriented sense of responsibility.
- German Language and Culture: Prior experience with the German language and culture.
- Testing Systems: Experience with testing systems and methodologies, such as PIDT, PUDiS, PPN, FAZIT, Cluu, etc.
- Intercultural Environment: Confident to work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary environment.
