Automotive Receptionist

The Korum Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a positive and professional appearance for the dealership by greeting customers, answering and routing incoming calls, scanning records into the document management system, and assisting the Sales & Finance Department with customer payments.

• Greet dealership guests and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Scan service and sales documents into the dealership document management system.
• Process customer payments through the Dealer Management System.
• Support the reconditioning process by writing POs for vendors.
• Maintain the reception desk and customer waiting areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Assist the Human Resource Department with employment inquiries.

• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Ability to create a hospitality environment.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Six months to one year related experience in a customer service environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership programs.
• Must obtain factory certifications during the first year of employment and maintain factory certifications.
