Key Responsibilities:
As an Internal Audit and Compliance Financial Analyst, your primary duties will include:
- Evaluating and enhancing existing processes through rigorous testing to pinpoint inefficiencies and risks.
- Conducting various audit types to uncover risks and control deficiencies.
- Managing licensing operations with casinos, ensuring timely renewals and applications.
- Collaborating with sales teams to gather and analyze critical data.
- Analyzing revenue streams for accuracy and alignment with expectations, including complex revenue analysis and accounting transactions.
- Engaging in one-on-one training sessions to foster professional development.
- Performing process examinations and testing to identify and rectify inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Preferred experience in internal audit and project management, though backgrounds in tax, general accounting, and finance are also welcomed.
- A proactive mindset towards identifying and resolving issues.
- A strong interest in compliance and licensing, particularly within the gaming and banking sectors.
- The ability to collaborate closely with operations in a technology-driven environment, managing significant cash flows.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
