Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel housekeeping department in a 109 Vacation Ownership Suites. As the on-site account manager, you will represent the face of The Service Companies to our clients and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the housekeeping department, including room turn times, customer service scores, and profitability.
  • Lead a team of over 50 employees and ensure they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Interface with client property senior management and The Service Companies senior management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct, and publicly recognize and reward employees for their achievements.
  • Coach underperforming employees to improve their performance and ensure new employees follow the company training plan.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed as necessary and payroll is completed daily based on The Service Companies on-demand pay model.
  • Smile and be friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests, and property employees, and follow and teach all required safety and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to all company and regulatory policies, and report any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miramar, Florida.
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and long hours, and act as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.

Requirements:

  • Five years prior housekeeping management experience in a large hotel or vacation ownership property.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
  • Ability to push and pull 50 pounds, remain standing for extended periods, and meet company and client appearance standards.
  • Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
  • Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees, and knowledge of Microsoft Suite, floor care, and carpet cleaning processes and equipment.
