About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Blo Blow Dry Bar. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, including managing a team of staff, overseeing scheduling, social media, inventory management, and ensuring a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Hire, manage, support, and retain an amazing team of stylists and support staff.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure the salon is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives a superior experience, from check-in to check-out.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Assist with marketing efforts and manage social media presence to drive sales and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage salon finances, including creating sales targets and motivating the team to meet and exceed them.
  • Training and Development: Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in staff management, recruitment, training, and onboarding.
  • License: Up-to-date cosmetology license for the state.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong technical skills, and ability to work directly with the marketing team.
