Key Responsibilities- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide Parent/Caregiver Training.
- Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments.
- Maintain care coordination with internal and external treatment providers.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Current certification as a BCaBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish and English required.
