Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Intervention for Autism, an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services throughout the State of Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
  • Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis.
  • Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration.
  • Conduct assessments as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • A BCBA license/certification.
