Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Froster, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes and contributing to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
  • Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes efficiently.
  • Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders.
  • Ensure adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
  • Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
  • Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
  • Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Clean and sanitize workstation, restock supplies, and wash equipment as needed.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Ability to understand written and oral directions, interpret recipes and operating procedures, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
  • Basic units of measurement knowledge and ability to perform repetitious tasks.
  • Physical capacity to lift moderate to heavyweight items and stand for extended periods.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work on a fast-paced production schedule.
Work Availability:

We are seeking a Weekend Froster who is available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts. Open availability during the holiday season is a plus.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
