Froster Position

We are seeking a skilled Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #318. As a key member of our bakery production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes and contributing to exceptional customer service.

• Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes with precision and speed.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet our high standards and report any quality control issues to management.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, and wash equipment as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.

• Ability to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks that require precise and continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Physical capacity to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work on a tight, fast-paced production schedule.

We are seeking a Weekend Froster who is available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts. Open availability during the holiday season is a plus. This is a part-time position.
