Job Overview

Position Summary

The Cost Estimation Analyst will gather and evaluate data to project expenses associated with products and services for designated departments and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculates the expenses of new and suggested products and services within the assigned departments, sectors, or initiatives.
  • Examines modifications to the products and services offered.
  • Collects financial documentation such as balance sheets and accounting entries.
  • Delivers comprehensive reports that will encompass detailed breakdowns of project expenses and predictions of outstanding costs.
  • Records data and statistical methodologies utilized in performing cost evaluations.
  • Supports the formulation of the yearly budget to ascertain standard expenses.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Skilled in accounting software applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
