Job Title: Associate Director, Operational Excellence

Join Bristol-Myers Squibb, a leading biopharmaceutical company, as we seek an Associate Director, Operational Excellence to drive the development and implementation of a world-class continuous improvement program. This role will be responsible for leading the development of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and develop and implement solutions to address these opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of excellence across the organization by promoting a mindset of continuous improvement and encouraging employees to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of lean and six sigma principles, with experience in implementing these principles in a manufacturing or process improvement environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
