About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit at Covenant Children's Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or New Mexico Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
  • One (1) year RN experience.
