Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Tailored Brands, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selection, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving sales volume and metrics goals.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock counts, and other store-related projects.
  • Monitor and maintain the fitting room areas, including returning merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
  • Handle customer purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift.
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
