Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at All Weather Insulated Panels. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supervising shop employees, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring success and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of production employees to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and shipping department to set production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and control production costs, quality, and productivity to meet company goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
