About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing and upholding production quality standards and documentation. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for defining quality requirements for new products, partnering with suppliers, monitoring production quality performance, and ensuring compliance with our quality management system, customer specifications, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define quality requirements for new products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure performance and quality.
  • Monitor production quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with our quality management system, customer specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement corrective and preventative actions to address product and process issues.
  • Communicate data-driven trends and performance to a wide variety of audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of quality engineering experience.
  • Experience working in the quality area for an organization certified to ISO 9001 or similar standard.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including analytical tools for data review and management.
