Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Ensure that academic policies and curriculum are followed, and develop and track benchmarks for measuring institutional success.

  • Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain the school's budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • HR Management: Assist in creating and enforcing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Staff Development: Support staff professional development initiatives, identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops or programs.
  • Enrollment Management: Manage enrollment processes, including student admissions, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily school operations, ensuring smooth communication among various departments.
  • Facilities Management: Collaborate with facilities management to address maintenance and infrastructure needs.
  • Efficiency and Effectiveness: Implement systems and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the school.
  • IEP Meetings: Organize and facilitate IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Special Education Services: Maintain accurate documentation of special education services, progress reports, and related records.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated with best practices and research in special education, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based strategies.
  • PBIS Program: Lead the development and implementation of a school-wide PBIS program, and provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing PBIS practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field required.
  • Administration Credential: Administration credential preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.
