Campus Manager Job Description

The Campus Manager is a critical member of the Zollege team, responsible for ensuring the success of our students and the overall effectiveness of our programs. As a Campus Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our campus, including managing instructors, supporting student success, and collaborating with our doctor partners to deliver high-quality programs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, train, observe, coach, schedule, and manage instructors
  • Implement observation and performance management system for instructors
  • Visit classes for face-time with instructors and students at a regular cadence
  • Be on-call each Saturday to support successful Saturday classes
  • Ensure instructors and students have the required materials to successfully complete the programs
  • Build strong, nurturing relationships with doctor partners and office managers
  • Increase graduation rate through supporting instructors to improve the classroom experience
  • Communicate with instructors to discover and solve key issues
  • Collaborate with partner Student Success Advisor to produce an excellent student experience that leads to 90%+ graduation rate
  • Assist company in promotional efforts for the schools under your supervision
  • Attend industry and community events on behalf of Zollege and its schools
  • Complete reporting duties, site inspections, and all other compliance-related requirements


Requirements:
  • Management experience (3+ years)
  • Previous experience working in a CRM (3+ years)
  • Customer service experience (3+ years)
  • Multi-site management
  • Working on a computer with email, cloud-based software, etc. (5+ years)
  • Dispute resolution experience
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Problem solving
  • Adaptability


Salary Range:
$58,000 - $68,000 per annum
