Patient Reception and Scheduling Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in person or over the phone using a polite and consistent customer-focused manner.
- Schedule appointments, register new patients, and update existing patient demographics.
- Collect patients' co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance and record receipt in database.
- Facilitate patient flow by notifying the technician of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and radiology staff.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years' experience in a medical office (doctors' office, medical clinic, etc.) preferred.
- Medical Administrative Assistant Certification preferred.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.
