We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Aide to join our Skilled Nursing Unit team at Novant Health. As a Certified Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team in delivering the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and support our team in achieving exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, promoting a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Completion of NAI program required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. Medication Safety - AME required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation preferred.
