**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, conducting daily rounds, and monitoring resident care
* Work under the direction of a registered nurse to deliver a full range of nursing care
* Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information
* Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment

**Requirements:**
* Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse in the state
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

**Nice to Have:**
* Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
* Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
* Behavioral care / memory care experience
* Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
