Job Overview

Position: Service Technician
Compensation: $30 - $43 per hour with a signing bonus of $5,000

Benefits & Resources: (No work truck provided for this position)

All technicians are equipped with a service vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and uniforms.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with three weeks of vacation, ten paid holidays, four sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a 5% match after 90 days of employment.

New hires are eligible for health benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Additionally, we provide any necessary tools that technicians may lack.
Candidate Qualifications & Job Details

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Rotating On-Call (Every 6-7 Weeks)

Service Technician Responsibilities:
Respond to service requests, conduct scheduled maintenance, and perform repairs on refrigeration and mechanical systems;

  • Diagnose and identify malfunctions and defects in equipment;
  • Install and solder equipment;
  • Troubleshoot to ensure systems operate correctly after repairs;
  • Learn and apply appropriate service techniques;
  • Communicate effectively and keep the team updated on assignments;
  • Assist in expanding the service area and region;
  • Provide personal basic tools required for the job;
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients;
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including tasks in other departments;

Preferred Candidate Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC/R
Preferred experience in Hotside
