Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership and the People team to provide advanced analytics and strategic insights across various functional areas, including recruiting, retention, total rewards, employee engagement, and DEI.
  • Establish data best practices and implement data-driven processes to continuously improve the human resources organization.
  • Drive high-impact projects and initiatives that enhance overall business outcomes.
  • Communicate analysis results with technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of data systems and structures.
  • Develop and implement processes for updating, validating, and correcting employee records.
  • Analyze master data trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Compile and validate comprehensive data and analysis for inclusion in executive reporting.
  • Establish KPIs and best practices around training and development.
  • Lead the development of dashboards and tools needed to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a Data Analytics role.
  • Ability to drive business decisions using data mining and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in uncovering underlying business goals and synthesizing large data sets into executive summaries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface and communicate effectively with leadership.
