About the Role

Lee Company is seeking a skilled Facility Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our value proposition to facility owners and managers, providing technical solutions and operational expertise, and executing the sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners and managers using a consultative selling approach.
  • Provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on the sale of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements.
  • Execute the sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within an assigned geographic area.
  • Achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Services offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar service or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry and client relations.
  • Working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be trained in the use of Company-specific applications and software.
  • LEED Certification preferred but not required.
