Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and standards for IT resource allocation and network infrastructure security.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network systems, hardware, and software.
  • Support Cisco Unified Communications suite of technologies.
  • Maintain written documentation of incidents and escalate issues as required.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-starter with ability to take senior-leader guidance and oversee operations of independent and collaborative projects.
  • DoD M compliant, IAT II certification.
  • Current CCNA certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to perform shift work, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis simulation environment, configuring and troubleshooting software/hardware enhancements, application deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $95K-$105K, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors.
