6. Test Suite Maintenance: Ensure that automated test suites are current, efficient, and effectively incorporated into the testing pipeline.

7. Test Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Program Lead to outline test strategies, plans, and cases.

Additional Responsibilities:

3. Testing & Execution: Oversee the development and execution of detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive testing of software products across various dimensions.

4. Issue Identification & Resolution: Analyze test results to identify defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues promptly.

5. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Product Management and Development teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and facilitate effective communication across departments.

6. Continuous Improvement: Assess and refine current QA methodologies to elevate product quality, staying informed on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
