Operational Duties:
- Manage daily operations of service lines, including patient and staff scheduling.
- Ensure clinical appropriateness and productivity in patient scheduling.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new and existing staff to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct daily billing reconciliation and manage medical supply inventory.
- Audit clinical documentation and ensure adherence to quality measures.
- Generate accountability and performance reports for staff and providers.
- Implement protocols for managing unplanned events and facilitate effective communication among staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Physical and Work Environment:
- The role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- The work environment may have moderate to high noise levels.
