We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Constellation Energy Generation, LLC. As a key member of our Reactor Support team, you will be responsible for leading project teams to execute safe, reliable, and efficient reactor outages.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement detailed plans for reactor outage execution, including personnel assignment and work scope development.
- Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned sites, providing primary communication with client site management and major vendor service organizations.
- Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation, promoting fiscal accountability among all project participants.
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these initiatives among all project participants at sites.
- Effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and site management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year technical degree and 8 years of utility or related industry experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Or a non-technical 4-year degree or Associates degree in a technical discipline with 10 years of directly applicable experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Or 12 years of directly applicable experience with 7 years of supervisory experience.
- Leadership experience, including PMP certification.
- Prior experience in Dry Cask Storage or Reactor Services.
- MBA or financial budget experience.
- SRO License or Certification.
