Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, following established protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred, and you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $37.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
