Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and meeting customer demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores
  • Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements
  • Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines
  • Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information
  • Provide input to improve processes
  • Inspect product, consult with warehouse management regarding quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues
  • Operate equipment safely and properly in performance of essential job functions
  • Notify management regarding quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
