Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Grace Pacific LLC. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove and install guardrail, posts, and signs using hand tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Assist in maintaining jobsites, yards, and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Promote awareness of and follow Company and general safety policies.
  • Exhibit a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • CDL, Class B Standard Shift (with air brake endorsement) or greater.
  • Favorable driver history record and driver license required.
  • Mechanical ability and knowledge of tools.
  • One year of construction industry experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Able to lift 50-100 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and verbal/written communication skills required.
  • Ability to read and understand job specifications and written instructions.
