Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide direct medical care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, health assessments, and physicals. You will work closely with our medical director to develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and refer patients for higher levels of care when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide integrated patient care in accordance with statutes, regulations, and protocols regulating the profession.
  • Conduct health assessments, evaluations, and provide patient education, counseling, and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and other clinical staff to develop treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Prescribe medications and order laboratory tests as needed.
  • Refer patients for higher levels of care, such as inpatient care, when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters of Science in Nursing or Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of experience in related duties.
  • Licensed in the state of North Carolina.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
  • Negative TB screen.
Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of mental health and addiction treatment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft 365 and other technology platforms used by Advaita Health Ventures, LLC.
Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
