Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice RN - Telemetry/PCU to join our team at CoreMedical Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented nurse to take their career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of patients and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telemetry/PCU nursing, with excellent clinical knowledge and leadership skills. They will be responsible for providing expert patient care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of best practices in critical care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver high-quality patient care and improve outcomes. You will also have access to ongoing education and training opportunities, as well as mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Mentor junior staff members, including new graduate nurses and students.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices in critical care, through research, quality improvement initiatives, and education.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Telemetry/PCU nursing, with a strong focus on critical care.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced life support and cardiac arrest management.
