About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical and cognitive impairments. You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and create personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions using a range of modalities, including exercises, manual therapy, and education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions between phases of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field is required, along with a current licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky.
