**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

**Responsibilities**

* Prepare and maintain equipment, instrumentation, and supplies for surgical procedures
* Gather and check supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures
* Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique during procedures
* Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years of surgery experience or completion of an accredited surgical technology program
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification
* Surgical Technologist certification preferred

**Work Schedule**

* Monday - Friday, 7a - 3:30p, with call once per week and every 4th weekend call
* Must be within 30-minute radius when on-call

**Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of $31.00, plus shift differentials
* Opportunity to work in a beautiful community hospital just outside of Columbus, Ohio
