Job Summary

Center for Orthopedic and Research Excel is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing MRI imaging procedures on patients, maintaining technical competency, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI Imaging Procedures: Conduct MRI imaging procedures on patients, adhering to accepted standards of practice and protocols.
  • Patient Care: Complete patient screening forms, explain procedures to patients, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Technical Competency: Maintain technical competency through continued education and training.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform equipment quality checks, troubleshoot problems, and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Communication: Cooperate with healthcare personnel, comply with facility policies and procedures, and provide images to the facility in the desired format.
Requirements
  • Certification: Radiographer certification (ARRT) required.
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years' experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Education: Principles and practices of diagnostic radiographic procedures, basic chemistry, film apparatus, and film processing techniques.
