Role Responsibilities

As a Child Welfare Program Specialist, you will collaborate with families and children to promote safe and nurturing home environments. Your role will involve teaching essential skills such as emotional regulation, fostering healthy relationships, resolving conflicts, and enhancing communication within families.

You will also partner with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both them and the children in their care.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience in the human services sector, or
  • A master's degree in a human services discipline.
