Our focus is solely on forming positive relationships and providing support.We are passionate about creating a remarkable customer experience and want to work with hardworking individuals who will represent our company with enthusiasm and integrity.Responsibilities - Holiday LightingInstall outdoor holiday lights on homes and foliage on customer propertiesTake ladder safety training (provided by us) and demonstrate proper use of laddersMaintain a uniform and professional quality on all job sitesQuote on site and make recommendations to clientsDrive to each clients' home or businessAssist with marketing efforts like distributing door hangers or lawn signsResponsibilities - Pest ControlRepresent the company and maintain a high level of customer serviceMaintain a clean vehicle and equipmentSurvey yards for mosquito breeding groundsReduce or apply larvicide to standing water on the property Give clients recommendations on products and servicesApply control products to the surrounding foliage using a motorized backpack sprayerParticipate in door to door and commercial sales efforts Qualificationspest control license highly preferred but not requiredno prior experience requiredhave valid driver's licensehave reliable transportationhave proof of insuranceenjoy working outdoorsbe comfortable on ladders and roofsbe energetic, hardworking & reliablepossess excellent communication & customer service skillsexcel in a position of independence & responsibilitybe willing to take state licensing exam (we train & pay for this)Benefits/PerksMeaningful compensation $20 - $30 per hour Bonus & commission opportunitiesFlexible schedulingCompany Vehicle (gas covered)Autonomous, outdoor work environmentCandidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:Pest controlLawncare & landscapingPaintersElectriciansRoofersOutdoorLabor & home servicesHoliday lightingDelivery serviceCustomer ServiceDriversGig workers (Uber, Lyft, Postmates)Amazon warehouseSales or retail Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Mosquito Hunters takes pride in providing a foundation upon which driven and conscientious, budding professionals may develop their careers.
