Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum for nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Teach and mentor nursing students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Conduct clinical evaluations and assessments to ensure students are meeting program outcomes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Participate in program development and evaluation, contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing education.
- Master's degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Current professional nurse licensure and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior teaching experience and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
